Implant surgery of the lower jaw with conventional dental implants. Four Novelactive implants where placed, this was done as a guided surgery. The cutting guide is seated and the alveolectomy was perfect with the W&H Implantmed & Piezomed Module and the surgical S11-L handpiece with a round bur. After bone reduction the surgical guide is removed and the implants themselves inserted with the WI-75 L handpiece.
